Elder Services of Cape Cod and The Islands, Inc. is a private non-profit corporation,
the federally designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and the state-designated Aging
Services Access Point (ASAP) for the Vineyard. Services offered by this agency
include: Home Care, Respite Care, Protective Services, Elder at Risk Services,
Long-Term Care Screening, Senior Dining Centers, Home Delivered Meals, Nursing
Home Ombudsman, Senior Employment & Training Program, Community Grants, Retired
and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), and information and referral services.
